What do you like most?
I appreciate how the system analyzes customer feedback to provide a clear and easy-to-understand overview and the interface is very user-friendly and easy to understand. Additionally, the assistance from Windiya Riani from the Customer Support team was remarkably fast and impressive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If possible, when pulling the Inbox report, it should include all the details guests wrote in the survey at the same time. Right now, we have to pull a separate report from the survey if we want to read additional survey comments.
