What do you like most?
M3 makes managing hotel financials much easier. I especially appreciate the reporting capabilities, which allow me to monitor expenses, review departmental performance, and track financial results against budget. Having everything in one place helps me make informed decisions and stay on top of the hotel's financial performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting functionality could be more user-friendly and customizable. It would be helpful to have more flexibility when building reports, comparing financial performance across different periods, and drilling down into specific expenses. A more modern, intuitive interface would also make navigating the system and finding information much easier.
