What do you like most?
I like the search engine the most because it gives me the ability to see the availability and cost from various vendors. Also; an order can be modified or changed during the approval process. The flow of the process is very simple to follow; example receiving, billing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Folio is still kind of new to me but I am sure the more I work on it, I will see what I can suggest for improvement. This is the first month we are processing everything on Folio and my staff is very new to the process. I have asked them to let me know if there is anything they see that can help us on folio.
