What do you like most?
We had an incredible experience with Asksuite's customer service. The support was quick, attentive, and extremely efficient at every stage. I would especially like to highlight Louse's service, which was impeccable: always helpful, clear in her instructions, and ready to assist with great cordiality. It';s wonderful to have such a professional and humanized service. Congratulations to the Asksuite team—and a special thank you to Louse for the excellent work!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Despite the overall excellent experience, I believe the FAQ section could be more elaborate. It would be interesting to have more complete answers, practical examples, and even short videos showing the step-by-step process of the main features. This would make the process even more intuitive and help resolve doubts more quickly. With these adjustments, the experience—which is already excellent—would be even more complete.
