What do you like most?
I like the way the data is prepared (statistics, reservation download) and the editor, which is really easy to use. The customer support is also TOP! We have received some pre-stay feedback since the launch and can therefore prepare a lot of things in advance and also address them directly with the guest at check-in, etc. We have gained points in terms of customer satisfaction :)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if pre-stay requests could be directly incorporated into the hotel program (especially requests regarding housekeeping). It would also be positive if the ratings from the post-stay survey could also be integrated into the company websites.
