What do you like most?
I have been very impressed with the team at Visiting Media. My organization presents some challenges in how to execute these shoots, professionally without creating customer disruption. And the team here has expertly navigated those hurdles and created a beautiful tour of the three properties that we manage. their customer service has been great, helping us with billing issues, being flexible with dates and times of our shoots (to find the least customer disruptive it could be), editing of the imagery, re-shoots when upgrades occur...etc. The tour looks amazing and the traffic on the tour has been through the roof - and showcases our offering very well, bringing in new guests that have been impressed by the property. My favorite part is the embed functionality (via iFrame or API integration for a seamless experience), so rather than having just one tour for guests to navigate through, you can embed on each page of the site a tour, so a tour of the restaurants on the restaurants page, hotel rooms etc. This creates more time on site and engagement for our guests. It also has the capabilities to be embedded on our booking engine. It makes it seamless and professional experience with the client. It has also become a helpful tool on the sales side for our team booking conferences, large parties etc. I did some shopping and thought this product was pretty affordable and provided great value - in fact this product is priced lower than the average product in the category, which is usually an indicator that it is a budget product with fewer features that is designed for smaller properties and simpler use cases. But that was not the case.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the menu needs to be improved - make it collapsable. Right now it is very long and difficult to navigate. Would like to be able to edit the menu - right now it's all caps, one font, one color etc. Would love to add logos of restaurants...would love to add short copy/descriptions etc. The mobile aspect can still use some improvement in terms of navigating the tour. And with 75 percent of our traffic mobile, improving in this area and making it more user friendly would be ideal!
