What do you like most?
Hotel specialists with a broad and mature portfolio of services and experience. As a small hotel we get access to big hotel tools and knowledge without spending big hotel money. Knowledgable and efficient team who deliver good customer service and support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are on an older version and the mobile pages are clunky. I'm hoping when we move to V4 this will greatly improve. As a smaller property we tend to be back of the list for upgrades.
