I was particularly impressed that Mara, with the help of AI, can generate very empathetic and quick responses, addressing all aspects of guest reviews. In summary: Mara exceeded my expectations!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Mara is a very good product. Mara could connect with more OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and perhaps working with Smart Snippets could be more intuitive.
