What do you like most?
Zia our account manager, make it incredibly easy to implement at a large property. I loved the flexibility of the product to use hotel wide, not just housekeeping! I noticed our QR codes also drove cash tipping! If they had cash, the QR was at least a reminder to tip your housekeeper.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't think of anything. There are many digital tipping solutions out there. I spent my time investigating 6 companies. TipBrightly stood out. In addition, I LOVE how the company creators and employees actually worked in hospitality and know our world. They are able to best match our needs because they have been there!
