What do you like most?
-Creating an offer: clearly listed for the guest --> transparency, we gain trust - easy to handle; The tool is quickly explained to new colleagues - campaign manager - you can quickly achieve a large reach on your own in order to generate new bookings in times of low occupancy
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, most of our guests still book by phone and do not reply to our offer with "book now". Therefore, we cannot determine how many guests actually book "via" Smarthost and how many by telephone. Of course, that falsifies the statistics a bit. We also miss the option of sending confirmations of directly booked Protel reservations. For example, if we send guests a Smart Host offer and they then contact us by phone because they would rather book in person over the phone, we have no way of sending the confirmation via the "Confirm" button in the SmartHost. So we have twice the work because we then have to create and send the booking confirmation manually via Protel "like before". It would be nice to have a solution that would allow you to send confirmations without first having an accepted offer.
