What do you like most?
Qualitando is a true Copernican revolution in the world of customer care for hotels. An easy-to-use CRM, without unnecessary (but expensive) frills, which provides peaceful control over the customer experience during the guest's stay. But not only that... It allows you to develop the upselling of ancillary services from a win-win perspective. Revenue growth and full immersion of the guest in the experiential offer that the hotel can provide, also making use of the opportunities offered by the territory. But it doesn't end there... This action allows you to increase the flow of positive reviews for the structure on online reference channels. A holistic tool, which grows brand reputation and revenues with ease and smoothness. All this thanks to a wonderful female governance which, with grace and professionalism, helps us navigate this sea that is not always easy. Long live Qualitando!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would prefer a more attractive graphic design, but I'm sure that the Qualitando staff is already working in this direction! It would be wonderful to be able to combine Qualitando with an equally valuable review response tool.
