What do you like most?
Easy to use, simple. It is really easy to train new users how to use this software. It enhances productivity and communication, since anything on the app can be actioned anywhere/anytime as long as you have a working device!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One minor improvement could be allowing inspectors to reassign checks from the floorplan. Otherwise very happy with the service that Optii provides, the customer service is excellent.
