We've been using Rate Insight with Lighthouse for several years, and last year we added Business Intelligence to our portfolio. It converts all our data into clear, easy-to-read formats, making complex information instantly understandable. The platform has streamlined our reporting and, overall, significantly improved our decision-making. Lighthouse Business Intelligence is intuitive, efficient, and truly a game-changer for our team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reliability in real-time data updates needs improvement. Almost daily, we have 2-5 hotels that are not updating. This can delay decision-making, which is obviously not ideal.
