What do you like most?
What we find most valuable is being able to include all six of our company’s hotels in a single dashboard. It’s also helpful that the responses can be trained, allowing recurring reviews and specific aspects of feedback to be addressed more efficiently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some portals like Booking.com, Agoda, and TripAdvisor won't allow reviews to be responded to directly within the platform but rather redirecting us to their individual pages. This process is quite time-consuming, and unfortunately, they were unable to assist us in connecting Customer Alliance with Booking.com.
