What do you like most?
Glideparcs allows for alternative payment/validation services like "TextPay" and self-service kiosks. This reduces labor costs and relieves pressure off of the Front Desk so they can focus on service and guest satisfaction. Premium's leadership team (like Jim T) understand the needs of the hotel's outlets and factor these into their operation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice to give the guest the option to pay directly to Premium or to apply to a guestroom bill. That would require an interface with a Property Management System.
