Qualiando is a software that allows you not only to monitor the degree of satisfaction of guests with your business with an advanced degree of professionalism, but allows you to communicate with your guest from the moment of booking until the end of the stay. In this way, thanks to Qualiando, it is possible to establish an excellent relationship of trust with one's guests
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Qualiando offers a set of functions such as to monitor the progress of the degree of guest satisfaction and of the brand reputation in an optimal way. At the moment I have not found any aspect to improve.
