What do you like most?
Ease of use. As user, you will receive notifications about the status or actions taken by both sides (hotel and client). Expiration date helps in getting actions from clients in a timely manner. It also helps you manages your work deadlines. This process can lead you in meeting your financial goals for the company. The service also shorten the process of getting commitment from the clients, securing the business at no time. Every steps are recorded in the system. Everyone in the office can see what done on a particular piece of business. Clients also enjoys the services offered by Sertifi. With increasing technology and people are also becoming aware of the services offered by online, they particularly asking for documents to be sent and signed electronically and clients will ask for Sertifi because most of them are aware of the system and they have use this products. This makes communication so easy and streamline between the hotel and the clients. Sertifi not only improve the life of the user because of the simplicity and process but it also helps the productivity of the employees. To the Sertifi Owners and Management Team, thank you so much for making our daily life easy and for providing us with the latest technology that improve production and helps meeting financial goals, task, deadlines of the individual who utilizes your products. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Increase limit of letters/ words in the description portion. Ability for the senders to also sign or countersign the catering agreements or documents. Ability to send additional automatic alerts to the clients regarding due dates of the documents or agreement to review and sign. I hope that the clients' signature are on the correct spot and not often on the last pages of the documents. I wish that there is an ability for the system to store signed documents and agreements in a particular booking or project.
