I recently had the pleasure of using Hotelchamp and I must say that my overall experience was greatly enhance, primarily due to the exceptional customer support (Kudos to Sabine:-)) Outstanding Customer Support, Prompt Responsed and Knowledgeable Staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Expanding compatibility with various operating systems and improving integration options with other popular software tools (or newsletter tools) can make Hotelchamp more versatile and appealing.
