What do you like most?
Clear instruction on trouble shooting when having a telephone conversation with the team. They are prompt to answer questions when we have issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice to update the operating system on our lobby screen. Seems to be a little outdated and sluggish. Other than that, nothing on the basis of my experience.
