What do you like most?
Intelity provides a powerful solution that can solve many gaps in service for your hotel that your other software does not provide. The amount of tie-ins to other software to provide an intuitive and all encompassing solution for our hotel is amazing. The ability to set up in-room controls and Room Service ordering of food and amenities right at a guests fingertips improves service and modernizes our Hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some integrations leave a little to be desired if they do not work, with a lack of transparency of logging and what the issue could be.
