What do you like most?
This has helped us tremendously with team member engagement, guest engagement, and satisfaction! It is an invaluable tool and I cannot imagine any property without it!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The phone app is definitely dated and needs an updated. Also, the "leads" function needs to be updated, cannot see the lead in the email notification or the app. and only way to see the leads in the website is to click "edit".
