What do you like most?
We have one opportunity to make a great first impression. Most of our business comes from out of state. We use 3D Virtual Tours to promote our hotels because it is the next best thing to being there. I can give a virtual guided tour over teams to a new client and knock their socks off. Not only does this give them confidence about booking with us, the 3D Tour option makes us look professional and that goes a long way in this business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see a few more chair options for meeting spaces. Sometimes it is difficult to tell how chairs are fitting around the tables when they appear all pulled out. It's tough to convey where the table legs are. If you are in that meeting at a round table of 6, you might have table legs in front of you. I don't know if there is a way to make that better or not.
