The data recopilation and the incentives given to the guests during or post stay.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The download option of the data. There needs to be filters in terms of downloading the data. It is important to be able to only download (if applied) the data of the subscribed guests since the other do not wish to receive any notifications and if they do because of any error of the system, it is considered a breach of the law of data protection.
