What do you like most?
Multiple easy to read data sets, allowing management to be able to accurately see where areas of improvements are and how to act upon them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One improvement would be an easier audit trail. When faced with data transfer issues, it takes a lot of time to locate the error and to correct in FPG. Additionally, I would like to see an individual upsell being allocated into one line, instead of each day as a separate line.
