What do you like most?
Snapfix has truly transformed how we operate at the hotel. Communication between departments — particularly Housekeeping and Reception — has greatly improved, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, tracked, and completed in real time. This has streamlined our daily operations and enhanced overall efficiency. The system is intuitive and easy to use, even for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy, making it accessible across all departments. It has become an essential part of managing everything from guest requests and maintenance issues to internal checklists. The added functionality for fire safety checks and compliance monitoring is excellent, providing reassurance that standards are consistently met. Overall, Snapfix is a superb communication and coordination tool that keeps everyone connected, informed, and accountable. It has made a noticeable difference to teamwork and service delivery — we honestly couldn’t imagine running the hotel without it now!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Suggestions Integration with PMS or maintenance software (e.g. Opera, Hotsoft, or other property management systems) to streamline guest request tracking and reduce duplicate entries. Notifications For reception team (who do not have phones or tablets) but work from desktops - the notification element (as in to have a sound) or notification pop up on desktop to alert receptionist would be super Offline Functionality Improved offline access for staff working in low-signal areas (e.g. back-of-house or basement locations), with automatic syncing once back online.
