What do you like most?
Some kind of automatisation is available. Pre and Post Stay Automated Messages with Check-in Info and Post Stay Call to Action. If you are good in micromanagement, you have loads to do with the tool, as there is no continous trust in the system, something always fails to work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- There is no preview of the campaign which was setup. - For some instances, the software doesn't offer enough information so a necessary follow-up call has to be done. The team is not easily available. - There is no error warning when uploading potentially prohibited marketing mailings. - Reporting is faulty or not available when expected. - There is mediocre to bad support, at least long wait times and not helpful solutions - Onboarding not necessarily completed but according to HiJiffy we are already in acount management. - There is no proper tracking of conversions for the last 3 months. - Integration of tool not completely finished but onboarding phase was ended. Why rush customers through this? - Sales talks promised a package, but contract included other packages, only after harsh negotiations, we could get what we agreed on.
