What do you like most?
Really easy to pick up, so for teams that aren't comfortable with IT tools and tech lovers, it's very user-friendly. Great integration/merging with the PMS that works fine—and we use Mews, which is saying a lot since Mews' favorite catchphrase is 'system limitations'! Another great point: a real customer service!! (thx Jessica).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is the counterpart of a user-friendly CRM; for people who easily handle CRMs, it can feel a bit too guided or limited. The templates are great—the mechanisms and all (offers, contracts, BEOs)—but as mentioned, some of us are pretty comfortable [using these tools], so maybe an 'expert/advanced access' mode would be helpful to be able to modify and create our templates more freely. Also, while event templates work fine to communicate and merge with the hotel PMS, it would be awesome if it worked seamlessly the other way around too (I know I'm asking a lot since this part isn't entirely on your side!).
