What do you like most?
That the written response texts are perfectly translated into all languages. That you can use a nice selection of pre-made response options.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
That, for some reason, you cannot respond to certain reviews and that guests have the option to submit reviews without text -> this makes it harder to respond or address the guest, especially if it is a negative review.
