What do you like most?
Great piece of software that allows us to fix, expedite and keep track of maintenance on an area by area and room by room basis. This has improved our response times and allowed us to more easily identify problem areas as well as repetitious issues. Snapfix has allowed us to easily create a preventative maintenance program and we also use it to track 'lost & found' items, which speeds up the process of us dealing with enquires etc... Highly recommend this app, one of the best things I've purchased in years.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting systems to help us to easier identify repetitive issues, while we can do this by downloading an excel file it would be wickedly helpful to just be able to pull up a report on a specific room/area/zone.
