What do you like most?
Somehow I got locked out of RM for too many failed password attempts. What a disaster! Fortunately, Paulina was able to get me back up and running quickly and easily. Thank you!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
System is glitchy. There are frequent stalls and crashes and often payments get posted twice. It happened again last week. Guests have to call to report it and get it corrected which does not help our reputation. I have addressed thus issue before and basically been told it's something we are doing wrong. Really?!
