Simple and practical adherence to standards through clear checklists and well-defined tasks. Quick communication for repairs and complaints so that issues can be reported and addressed efficiently. Efficient internal communication with individual employees or entire groups via a central platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have no suggestions for improvement. I have been working in various hotels with Hotelkit for many years and can no longer imagine daily work without this tool. It significantly facilitates daily operations and internal communication.
