What do you like most?
My Think Reservations Account Manager is a total PRO! Wendy brings her seasoned innkeeper knowledge to every conversation along with the marketing team's intel on industry trends, new developments and specific advice on where to focus now & in the future. Think also continues to innovate and delivery products & applications that make a difference. Being a small property means a lot of customization is out of reach financially, but TR strives to use the aggregate of their customer base to bring us options to upgrade or enhance the customers experience and our back end efficiencies.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'm very pleased with my service. I don't have specific improvement feedback and this time. When I have a question or need tactical support, customer service support is readily available and often will over deliver on a solution.
