What do you like most?
We use Onboard every day in our recruitment process and are very satisfied with the platform. It has significantly simplified the management of our job postings and streamlined our entire hiring workflow. What stands out most is the intuitive and user-friendly handling of individual applications. Having all candidate information and recruitment activities centralized in one place is a major advantage and has made collaboration within our team much more efficient. Onboard has become an essential tool for our recruiting efforts and has greatly reduced the administrative workload involved in hiring.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As a suggestion for improvement, we would love to see an option to communicate with candidates through a WhatsApp-style messenger directly within the platform, without having to switch to the WhatsApp application itself. An integrated messaging feature like this would make candidate communication even more convenient and efficient. Other than that, we feel that the Onboard Recruiting Tool meets all our needs and leaves little to be desired. Overall, we are very satisfied with the software and can highly recommend it for streamlining recruitment processes.
