What do you like most?
Ease of use, more so with the new mobile application. Very easy to navigate as an administrator and assist employees who get logged out or to reset passwords. Information is relayed through messaging and acts as another form of communication to limit two-way radio communication to the departments that need this option more than others.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile app needs to be able to accomplish more tasks away from the desktop. The logbook for packages is great and very integrated with the rest of the desktop however it is not useful when we have multiple group packages. When 20 boxes come in for a group, it would be much easier to log bar codes with the handheld device while at the package then having to go the desktop version. Lost and found is okay but still could be better from the mobile application to do more away from the desktop version.
