What do you like most?
All reviews from various platforms are clearly collected in one place, providing a much better overview. The AI ​​support for responding to reviews is particularly useful, as it saves a lot of time while still allowing for individualized guest feedback. I also find the analyses very helpful, as they quickly reveal which topics guests mention most frequently, positively or negatively, and where the hotel has room for improvement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The evaluations could be made a bit clearer and more user-friendly, so that recurring themes and potential for improvement are more quickly recognizable at a glance.
