What do you like most?
ROH is a huge help with helping to process our OTA payments - Booking.com in particular. It takes a huge amount of work off of our Front Office team, and ensures the payments are always processed correctly and in a timely manner.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Capturing "Same Day" Booking.com payments a little faster - Otherwise I think ROH is great! It makes my day-to-day operations much easier.
