What do you like most?
I like that SiteMinder brings bookings and availability from multiple channels into one place. It makes it easier to manage distribution and keep inventory updated without having to work separately in each OTA extraneous account.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One improvement could be making channel performance reporting more flexible—for example, allowing users to compare OTA bookings with direct bookings by nationality, returning guest status, and year-over-year trends in one report. That would make it easier to see whether an OTA is bringing in new demand or capturing guests who might otherwise have booked direct.
