What do you like most?
The system is easy to use and I have found it to be - Ease of use and operations, simple to navigate and very user friendly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area I think could be looked at/refined further is billing/invoicing. Rather than it all being in the same page you need to jump between the billing and payment page but the main problem is if it is for a company charge you then need to go to the companies profile/billing. If there was a new design where you could see the basics on the one page which gave you a quick view of the billing/payments/associated company profile first and then allowed you to click on that specific page if you did need to go more in depth. This would stop having to open multiple tabs or going back and forth and relying on your memory of what you have seen on the other pages.
