Highly intuitive and user-friendly, with streamlined processes that make obtaining the final information quick and efficient, while keeping the overall experience simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The templates could be more flexible, especially the Room Block section. We often confirm several rooms of the same category and rate to an agency but internally use different categories to avoid overbooking. The proforma then shows all internal categories instead of the category and rate agreed with the agency. We have to remove the Room Block and manually create a table, making the process unnecessarily long and tedious.
