What do you like most?
The Hotel CRM allows us to centralize guest and account data, segment contacts, and automate follow-ups, which helps strengthen relationships and drive repeat business. It’s intuitive, and the integration with other systems makes it easy to track every interaction from lead to post-stay. Their Email Marketing platform is equally powerful personalization is seamless, automation saves hours of manual work, and campaign analytics provide clear insights into engagement and conversion. This has helped us improve the timing and relevance of our outreach to groups, corporate clients, and repeat guests. The RFP & Proposal Management Software has streamlined what used to be one of the most time-consuming parts of the sales process. The templates are customizable and professional, and the ability to respond quickly and consistently to RFPs gives us a competitive advantage. It not only saves time but also ensures our proposals stand out. Overall, Cendyn provides a complete suite of tools that truly automates, streamlines, and enhances hotel sales and marketing efforts, making it easier to focus on building client relationships and closing business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Cendyn is a powerful and comprehensive platform that has significantly enhanced our hotel sales and marketing efforts, particularly through the Hotel CRM, Email Marketing tools, and RFP & Proposal Management Software. The system allows us to centralize client data, automate outreach, and streamline proposals, which saves time and improves consistency in our communications and overall workflow. That said, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The initial learning curve for new users can be steep, especially when navigating advanced CRM features, complex automation workflows, and proposal customization options. While automation is strong, additional flexibility in reporting and analytics would make it easier for teams to quickly access actionable insights, track results effectively, and measure campaign effectiveness. Integration with certain third-party tools could also be smoother, and occasional system lag during peak usage can slow workflows. Overall, these are relatively minor challenges compared to the benefits Cendyn provides. Enhanced training resources, more intuitive dashboards, and streamlined reporting options could further improve the user experience, helping teams maximize the platform’s full potential efficiently and confidently.
