What do you like most?
Hotelchamp are well equipped in skill and systems to ensure that the consumers and guests are being driven to experience a direct booking. The metasearch and ad tech will ensure that the drive towards the website is smooth and relevant as well as timely. Overall the hunt for the guest goes global and enables us to appear in all households targeted. The interaction and reporting from the team are smooth and on time. Relevant information is expressed and recommendations are given that enable the commerce team to discuss and make changes if needed for further changes needed. These may be for time, season, value or particular demographic. Overall we believe that Hotelchamp has given us another tool to deal and compete with online travel agents and give us relevant presence in the world gf hotels and tourism as well as travel communities that are not on our usual list of targets. Overall, communication is key and this works well for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In times where situations and programs change rapidly we must see the opportunities for us more swiftly. monthly reports may be too long apart and should be considered to be shortened. Relevance and suggestive changes need to be more clearly mentioned and improvements to website appearance and booking process also.
