What do you like most?
We like the availability of support team, it is very important for a hotelier. There are many ways to have an access with their support team as they work with AI or call center agents and by messages, to have access to real person and discussion with whom becomes a feature.The prices of their products are quite reasonable and special offers for those who are loyal to HR for years. They cover the majority of online channels, even though we use only three, it is very impressive!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When you logged in it shows Turkish version, would be nice to remember choice after first visit. Nothing else) really
