What do you like most?
I have been using helloshift for more than a year now at my job. What I like about this site is that, it is so much easier to communicate to our guest's requests and questions by texting them. I also love that all our hotel department have access to it and we can easily reach out to one another especially on a busy season without leaving the desk or looking for them somewhere. You can also use helloshift either on your phone or computer which is so convenient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So far, I've had no issues with helloshift. I have been using this for more than a year now and it has been very useful to me everytime I come in to work.
