What do you like most?
Online Check in very helpful and speeds up the check in process. Upselling Categories is very helpful gains extra revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think that is a problem with our hotel system but with DUVE - when 2 rooms are booked in one booking the online check in only works for one. We are looking forward to online payment for pre payment and check out.
