What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At times, the implementation process could be slightly shorter, especially during the final adjustments and testing phase. This also applies to the timelines for specific tasks, such as mapping, which could be completed more quickly—ideally immediately after the consultation with the consultant. Streamlining this stage would allow for a smoother completion of the implementation and an even better overall client experience.
