What do you like most?
Proposales has been working very well for our conference/events department. We use it to send proposals to clients that they can accept through the system. It saves time in preparation of proposals and communicating with client. Proposales works well with Opera Cloud and when we have had problems or suggestions for improvement the Proposales team have responded quickly and effectively. We can see they are constantly improving the system with updates and new features and look forward to continue working with them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The connection between Proposales and Opera Cloud could be improved even more. One example is that when a client fills out the invoicing detail section in Proposales they would sync to Opera account information. Another idea for improvement is to be able to add add-ons to proposals that the client could add themselves and it would sync with the Opera Cloud booking. For example if a client would like to add soda to a meeting proposal before accepting it they could do so without written communication.
