What do you like most?
We've been using Hotelkit for many years now and have built our entire quality management system on the tool. All communication, recording of repairs and complaints also takes place via Hotelkit. In short: Hotelkit has become indispensable to our business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The search function is rather inaccurate and cumbersome to use, which makes finding older content difficult given the large number of posts.
