What do you like most?
It's easy to use and maintain. It puts a stop to the old fashioned guest information material. With all the pictures and links it's interactive and allows for direct communication with the front office team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would wish for a slightly more robust device, even though I'm generally very satisfied. After more than 3 years of use the devices show their signs of usage and have to send more regularly for maintenance.
