What do you like most?
Since I started using Onboard, managing my employees has become so much easier and more transparent. Especially since I employ many part-time staff, it's a godsend to have all the relevant data in one place – from personal information to vacation requests, overtime, etc. What I find particularly impressive is the clarity: I maintain an overview of all employees, their working hours, and vacation requests – without chaos or duplicate entries. Time savings during onboarding: No more tedious copying and pasting of data like ID numbers or IBANs. Everything is recorded securely and centrally. Security: My employees sensitive data is protected, and I can rely on the platform. Onboard has saved me so much work that I never want to be without it again. An absolute must-have for anyone who wants to work efficiently and in a structured way!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The staff app could also include information on the presence of hotel guests. This would allow staff to additionally check whether coverage is being provided.
