What do you like most?
I like that your support is 24/7 and they are very nice and respectful. The software is Very easy to work with.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. training the New Techs has been a little difficult at times. 2. When their are updates being installed, as a tester for many years I don't thing there has been enough testing before the product has been released. 3. The security has improved dramatically. Thank You! 4. Some of the easy stuff like when you log in the main screen it doesn't default to the login screen.
